10,000 running hours between major overhauls. Driver comfort and high quality international components with supplier approved installation are central to the design.

Subtropical cooling limits the possibility of cracking aluminium cylinder heads but, more importantly, keeps the powershift transmission cool.

Microfilters are fitted into each system for a long and trouble-free life.

The wide range of lift capacities and lift heights cover most of your likely handling requirements. Strong masts up to 7.5 metres, with bigger rollers and thicker flanges help to ensure a long working life even when handling difficult loads.

Six clean, compliant and economical LPG or diesel engines are available, with an industrial-type heavy-duty powershift transmission. Conventional design allows servicing by your own mechanically minded engineers, with limited training.

The powertrain warranty from fan to half-shafts is valid for 3 years or 4000 hours (excluding ancillaries).

The HY series trucks are heavy duty, designed for operation on rough surfaces. The heavy duty mast resists distortion and abuse from dynamic and long off-centre loads.

Operators enjoy the suspension seat with lumbar support, adjusting steering column, excellent vision of load and automotive layout for familiarity, which provides comfort and reduces fatigue on longer working shifts.

Effortless control is achieved from the hydrostatic power steering system that provides smooth operation by eliminating kickback and over-steer characteristics.

Routine maintenance tasks and daily checks are simple and quick to carry out (without a laptop), which is suitable for mechanically orientated engineers.

Production by one of the largest manufacturers in one of the world's biggest economies ensures long-term stability, with excellent parts availability and technical support.

The design is aimed at 10,000 hours between major overhauls by embracing the latest technology without unnecessary complication, keeping costs down and making operating and refurbishment easier.

Electric control is by 48V ZAPI DC or Danaher AC to suit your application. Heavy-duty masts with big rollers, thicker flanges and strong webs resist distortion and abuse. Conventional design allows servicing by in-house engineers with minimal training and equipment.
 

HG SERIES

Compact battery-over-steer-axle 4-wheel layout is highly manoeuvrable achieving a reduced turning radius, using less aisle width. In addition, there is room for one motor and control unit instead of the higher cost 2 motors / 2 controllers used with most 'battery between the axles' designs. The electrical system is DC (SEM).

Super-elastic pneumatic type tyres are suitable for indoor/outdoor use.

A fresh, original design makes full use of simple, reliable, modern technology suitable for 10,000 hours between overhauls.

SEM motors are controlled by state-of-the-art programmable and diagnostic ZAPI DC Mosfet system ensuring smooth operation. Higher compact battery position permits ample footroom and a better view of the load and the road.

Safe access steps either side and automotive style layout are ideal for multi-skill 'on/off' drivers.
 

HF SERIES

The HR series provides an exceptional combination of driver satisfaction, safe productivity and built-in reliability.

The 48V CURTIS DC (SEM) fully programmable controller combined with a linear potentiometer for variable speed gives unparalleled and precise control in the most difficult conditions.

Manoeuvrability is a key aspect of any reach truck design - the HR series offers 3-wheel 180 degree steering with MOSFET control and a low centre of gravity. A full suspension seat, conventional pedals/levers and, above all, a 180 degree steer wheel ensures a relaxed, productive drive.

The HR is suited to multi-skill and hop on / hop off drivers.

Optional Danaher AC superdrive optimises the battery charge and is very suitable for higher lifts and longer travel.
 

HK SERIES

State-of-the-art components of the highest quality are used throughout, giving one of the smoothest and safest stacker trucks on the market.

Ergonomics and safety considerations have been given high priority in the design and the incorporation of CURTIS SEM MOSFET electronics gives the operator an unprecedented level of control.

180 degree steering, non-linear acceleration, shock absorber damping and easy service are just a few of the outstanding features.

The truck has an inherently safe design with a five-support-system and low centre of gravity. Battery overload protection is standard. Roller bed for battery removal makes night-shift exchanges easy.

 

HP / HPP SERIES

Separately excited motors give AC-like control for easy and safe use on ramps and slopes, with an integral anti-rollback system.

Heavy-duty traction unit with helical cut gears for low noise, high starting torque and lateral stability castors give the operator confidence and safety.

HP series: Designed for pedestrian use and cannot be fitted with a rider platform. A truck weight of less than 300kg makes it ideal for the first move from hand-pallet truck to powered. The HP13 (1.3 tonnes) is purpose-built for lorry loading. Higher capacity HP20 & HP25 (2.0 & 2.5 tonnes) transporters feature an unsprung drive unit for maximum traction on uneven floors and ramps. Programmable controller can be adjusted to suit the load, site conditions and operator skill.

HPP series: Rider transporters with a spring drive unit and unsprung castors. The load on the drive unit is governed by the spring, which can be changed. Rider transporters are unsuitable for exceptional ramps or poor floors. Unsprung castors prevent side-sway when turning. On reasonable floors a 2-speed travel of 10kph is possible. Very heavy-duty design with the latest European technology in mind.
